My personal favorite is the card from BustAChange. One that is less expensive is the “slim card”. It is simply elegant. They are easily customizable. You can see it here http://bizcard.com/catalog_item__v.hd?id=2712_4030_16.
I also like the 100% whole from CreativeBits. Looks original and thoughtful.
